Runners trust us to stay strong and fast

Real runners from Central Park and the Hudson River Greenway share how our gait analysis and hands-on care helped them run better and stay injury-free.

I came to Dr. Green with hip pain issues I've been struggling with for 6 years. He works tirelessly to help figure out the source of my pain and the ways that I can manage and minimize it moving forward. I appreciate that he checks in and is available for advice, even when I'm not in his office. In the short few months since we've been working together, I can already tell I've gotten stronger through his weight and resistance training.

Dr Green is the best. He's thoughtful, knowledgeable, and seeks to truly understand what's going on with his patients instead of providing a quick fix that provides short-term release but brings you back to the doctor's office a month later. I worked with Dr.Green as part of my marathon training, and thanks to the work we did, finished the marathon with no injuries/pain (other than the expected soreness).

Dr. Mitch Green at Advantage Chiropractic is a caring and attentive practitioner who always goes the extra mile! He's committed to working with his patients to improve their functional movement and strength--this isn't just to "crack your back." Advantage is also great about scheduling, working with insurance, and all the annoying parts of our health care system. I can't recommend Dr. Green enough!

Dr. Green is patient and thoughtful, and he really listens. He takes time to understand the symptoms and their causes, so he can devise a treatment plan that addresses the underlying issues. Working with him has dramatically reduced my back pain and improved my stability, and he's taught me at-home exercises to maintain my progress. His experience, positive attitude and flexibility with scheduling make him very easy to recommend!
